As CEO of S&B USA, Peter oversees all operations in both the Concessions and Construction activities. He continues to be President and CEO of S&B USA Construction. Peter brings more than 40 years of construction experience from his previous chairman, CEO and presidential roles including 20 years in multiple operating units of Skanska USA and as CEO of Sterling Infrastructure. He has also served on the Construction Industry Ethics & Compliance Initiative CEO Roundtable, the Engineering & Computer Science Advisory Council at Virginia Military Institute, and the General Contractors Association of New York and Building Trades Employers Association and is a member emeritus of The Moles. Peter holds a Civil Engineering degree from Manhattan College and completed the Skanska Top Executive Program with the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Sharon is serving as a Transition Advisor during the leadership transition, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure a seamless handover to Peter MacKenna, the new CEO. Previously Sharon was the CEO of S&B USA and Chairman of S&B USA Construction, where he oversaw all operations in both the Concessions and Construction activities.

As the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Todd is responsible for all accounting, financial reporting, treasury, FP&A, investor relations, taxes, ISOX, governance, sureties, insurance, and corporate structure. He brings nearly two decades of experience in corporate finance with multinational corporations, most recently serving 12 years with Fluor Corporation. He holds three degrees including two undergraduate degrees from Indiana University and Goshen College, and a graduate degree from the University of Notre Dame where he earned his MBA with academic honors.

As EVP, Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Chief Compliance Officer, Jessica oversees and leads all our legal and compliance activities. She plays a key role to support our company’s growth across our various activities—construction, concessions, collaboration with our parent company, compliance, capital markets, and more. She brings over two decades of experience serving in high-pressure leadership roles spanning PE-backed, public, multinational, and multi-billion-dollar organizations, including in Chief Administrative Officer (CLO and CPO) and General Counsel roles. Jessica holds a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Immaculata University, and juris doctor (JD) from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. Jessica’s leadership and influence extend beyond her in-house leadership roles, as evidenced by her community involvement and external recognition, including the 2023 Titan 100 – Philadelphia award and the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Corporate Counsel Rising Star award in 2015.

Katie has over 30 years of marketing experience including all aspects of marketing and branding for the entire S&B USA family of companies. Prior to joining S&B USA, Katie served as the VP of Strategic Marketing for Ansaldo-STS, where she was responsible for strategic planning, product management, competitive intelligence and marketing communications. Katie also served in various marketing roles at MSA over a 19-year span that included product management, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and new market development. Katie was in the Leadership Pittsburgh XL cohort and a member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Grant leads S&B USA’s external relations and sustainability initiatives, coordinating messaging, enhancing brand recognition, and integrating sustainability into our mission and business goals through strategic external partnerships and internal project teams. With over 20 years of experience integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices into organizational project delivery platforms, he previously served as the Chief Resilience Officer and Assistant Director for Pittsburgh's Department of City Planning. In this role, he contributed significantly to making Pittsburgh a smart, sustainable, and resilient city by fostering partnerships, leveraging assets, and finding creative solutions. Grant serves as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) Manufactures and Commerce and as a Climate Advisor for Resource X. He holds a MPIA from the University of Pittsburgh – Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, a BA from Washington and Jefferson College, and his ESG Executive Certificate through Wharton Executive Education.
