"Living to be Safe and Accident Free"

At S&B USA, our objective on every project is not just zero injuries but also zero at-risk behaviors. This “zero mindset” starts with leadership who champion it, and is consistently communicated throughout the organization with active engagement and commitment. Our employees are our most valuable asset, and we’ve built a culture centered on caring for their well-being. We encourage everyone to embrace safety and strive towards this goal of zero.

S&B USA’s safety culture is a source of pride, and it sets us apart from our competitors. Our motto—“living to be safe and accident free”—is more than just words; it’s a way of life for everyone at our company.

Safety is embedded in everything we do, and through the involvement and dedication of every level of our organization, we relentlessly pursue our goal of zero, positioning us as a leader in safety across the industry.
